IMPORTANT INFORMATION
North Carolina Law requires all children in the state to receive certain immunizations. The 7th grade students and any student that turns 12 years old on or before the first 30 calendar days from the first day of school, including weekends and holidays, are required by law to get the Tdap and Meningococcal conjugate vaccines.
The 12th grade students and any student that turns 17 years old on or before the first 30 calendar days from the first day of school, including weekends and holidays, are required by law to get a second Meningococcal conjugate vaccine.
