Some RCS teachers become students for a period as they visit other teachers’ classrooms to learn from their colleagues.
All RCS students participated in our first Bulldogs Care Day of the 2019-2020 school year. Projects students completed include posting positivity notes around the school, creating Get Well Soon cards for patients of Person Memorial Hospital, packing goodie bags for local first responders, creating Thank You cards and snack bags for soldiers, painting encouragement and kindness rocks to be placed around the community, working with students at Stories Creek Elementary and North End Elementary, cleaning around Mayo Lake and the community surrounding RCS, sprucing up planters at Maple Heights Rest Home, and working with clients at the Person County Group Home’s ICF Day Program.
