Interested in photography, video, writing, editing, or graphic design? Want to learn more, build a portfolio of published work, and gain real-world, workplace skills while also getting class credit? Self-motivated high school students are needed to help produce the school newspaper, The Bullhorn (published in the Roxboro Courier-Times every two weeks) morning announcements and the middle and high school yearbooks.

If you’d like to build a portfolio of published work before graduating, then fill out the application form and return it to Phyliss Boatwright at boatwrightpa@roxborocs.org or Room 220. You don’t have to be Pulitzer material, just be willing to learn and occasionally work outside of regular school hours to cover events and report all the news that is news in and around RCS.
